Growth strategy and marketing responsibility in the hyper-growth phase.

The mandate

During the intensive growth phase, I assumed strategic and operational responsibility for the marketing team. During this time, I not only adapted the marketing strategy to the new corporate goals, but also drove forward the targeted expansion of the team. At the same time, I accompanied the change process throughout the company by supporting the strategic realignment and scaling of the business areas. In doing so, I worked closely with management and investors to anchor the transformation holistically and sustainably.
